Joel is a cute 3 year-old boy who, although shy, will win your heart. Through the struggles of surviving in the slums, Joel’s guardians struggle to provide him the ability to go to school, provide the basic needs of life – food, clothing, and a bed to sleep in. He needs Hope in his future – Hope of love, God and knowing someone in this world cares for him.
